Position: OEM Global Accounts Manager

Reports to: Director of OEM Sales, North America


•Coordinate Sales and Business Growth with identified Global Key Accounts.
•Setting and achieving Sales Budgets and Goals.
•Managing, coordinating and tracking Business with OEM Partners, which manufacture world wide.
•Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the business needs of Global Key Accounts to foster growth.
•Identify Key Accounts and develop account plans for penetration and execution.
•Interact with Product Management teams to help guide product and technology roadmaps
•Participate in trade/product shows, seminars, industry trade organizations, regional sales meetings in order to identify opportunities.
•Collaborate with Marketing on Product MARCOM strategies to effectively promote new and existing products.
•Develop relationships with Man Reps, Distribution and End Customers.
•Effectively communicate the needs of the Global Key Accounts within Elo in order to support current business and develop new business.
•Constantly identify potential new opportunities and engage within the OEMs space with the goal of closing business.
•Maintain a high level of awareness in regards to industry trends and competitive activity within the Global Accounts.
•Effectively manage an ongoing schedule of new visits, appointments, and overall Account management.
•Consult with Key partners regarding Marketing events, necessary resources and overall best practices.
•Evaluate and negotiate supply agreements and customer contracts.

Education and qualifications:

•Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Management required. MBA is preferred
•10+ years sales or directly related experience in electronic solutions sales. OEM market preferred.

•Proficient computer skills (i.e. SFDC, Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
